Three Gourmet Moments at L'Ours Bleu, come and enjoy a convivial moment while tasting regional products.
Celebrate Swiss National Day with a gourmet experience at L'Ours Bleu! Throughout the day, enjoy a buffet featuring homemade and locally sourced products in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Three time slots are available to suit every taste:
* Morning Delight (9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.): Bread from Petra Bakery, braided bread, brioche, French toast and homemade jams, local specialties, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, artisanal apple juice and hot drinks.
* Hearty Lunch (12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.): Bone-in ham from La Borne, homemade Dauphinois potatoes and a salad buffet.
* Sweet Treat (2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.): Meringues with double cream, cream cakes, Valais apricot tarts, pie and other homemade desserts, served with a glass of sparkling wine.

* Free parking is available at the Maison des Congrès. Then take the free Diablobus shuttle from the railway station, departing every hour from 9:00 a.m. Get off at the "Frasses" stop.
