Thun Water Magic 2026

The Thun Water Magic show will take place daily from September 25 to October 25, 2026, regardless of the weather. There are two different shows. Each day, one of the two shows will be performed at 7:30 p.m., and the other at 9:15 p.m. The event has no age restriction and is free for all visitors. The venue is located in the Aare basin, in front of the Freienhof restaurant in downtown Thun.

Around the venue, you’ll find various food and beverage stands that invite you to linger and socialize. In addition, various special combo deals ensure an unforgettable evening.

During the legendary “Selve era,” Thun was considered the epicenter of electronic music. Clubs like the “Nachtwerk” and the “Basis” attracted guests from far beyond the country’s borders.
