Intro
YOGA LEKTIONEN in der Gruppe
MONTAG 18:00 - 19:15 Uhr
DONNERSTAG 09:00 - 10:15 Uhr
In dieser Stunde fliessen wir von einer Übung zur nächsten und koordinieren unsere Bewegung stets mit unserem Atem. Die intensive Praxis – bestehend aus Asana, Atmung und Entspannung – unterstützt dich beim Kraft- und Konzentrationsaufbau, du findest Balance und verbesserst deine Flexibilität. Körper und Geist werden dank der einstündigen Yoga-Praxis nicht nur wach, sondern auch gestärkt und stabilisiert. Ich verspreche dir, wir werden mit einem grossen Lachen auf dem Gesicht enden, welches dich den Tag über begleiten wird.
Der Schwierigkeitsgrad jeder Übung wird den eigenen Bedürfnissen angepasst
Der Kurs ist damit für alle geeignet, für Anfänger/innen bis Fortgeschrittene
Willst du teilnehmen oder auch nur mal probieren, ob das was für dich ist, dann komme einfach vorbei
Einstieg jederzeit möglich
Weitere Infos:
- Yogamatten, Blöcke, Decken und Bolsters sind vor Ort vorhanden
- Einige Krankenkassen zahlen einen Beitrag an ein Yogaabo. Gerne stelle ich dir hierfür eine Quittung aus
- Versicherung ist Sache der Teilnehmenden
