Have you ever seen a doe, a stag or an ibex in its natural habitat? With a little luck, you may spot one through your binoculars – but you’re sure to have an exciting time either way. Since this is nature at its most authentic, the experience is nothing like a zoo, where you might expect to see animals grazing at all times and with unobstructed views. That’s why the group makes a start in the Val d’Err as early as six in the morning.
