Warm Tomme Fleurette de Rougemont cheese with truffled oil and hash browns, Schüblig sausage with Bénichon mustard and hash browns, home-made soups and desserts such as "Tarte Tatin" apple pie and chocolate cake.

Special features & Events

This little mountain hut has a terrace with a stunning view of Dérborance. The hostelry almost seems to float in the void, nestling at the foot of the Quille du Diable.
