"Sport and fun for everyone. Outside, together and free of charge!" Bootcamp 18.30 - 19.20 in the Kurpark Baden (in any weather!)
Free sports and exercise classes are offered for five weeks. Anyone can take part, whether young or old, whether a sports fanatic or an exercise pro.
Bootcamp guarantees an effective full-body workout. Interval training gets your heart rate up to full speed and trains your fitness. You train mainly with your own body weight. Functional movement sequences are central to increasing fitness and well-being for everyday life. All fitness levels are welcome and the focus is on having fun!
Please bring a fitness mat or a large towel and something to drink. Training takes place outside whatever the weather.
