Join us on Monday April 20 at the Bains Publics du Quartier LôDzè, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm, for a sound bath hosted by Candice Oreiller, immersed in the sounds of the handpan and Tibetan bowls.
Immerse yourself in an immersive experience of deep relaxation thanks to a unique sound bath. The spellbinding vibrations of the handpan and Tibetan bowls invite the body to release tension and the mind to naturally slow down. The sounds diffuse, resonate and envelop each participant in a veritable vibratory massage, conducive to letting go and refocusing.
Facilitated by Candice Oreiller, who will offer a sound immersion with handpan and Tibetan bowls.
Available at CHF 50 per person, this moment of well-being is open to adults aged 18 and over, in an intimate atmosphere limited to 30 participants.
Towels are provided on site to ensure optimum comfort throughout the session.
