Overview
Intro
Mountain bike riding technique with Swiss Cycling Guide Baba Anderegg, great trails around Lenzerheide and feelings of happiness are the focus of this camp.
This includes yoga classes, wellness, fine dining, and two overnight stays at the Hotel Schweizerhof.
RIDING TECHNIQUE AND STAMINA FOR ADVANCED FEMALE BIKERS:
If you already have mountain biking experience and feel confident on single trails without major obstacles and have already been in alpine terrain, then this camp is perfect for you. With support from the mountain railways or postbuses, we explore the most beautiful trails around Lenzerheide. The tours are flexibly adjusted to the weather, group, and mood, resulting in 25 to 35 kilometers and 400 to 750 vertical meters per day.
