The Vebikus Kunsthalle Schaffhausen presents the performance HIDDEN LANDSCAPES - a commissioned composition by Edu Haubensak - on Sunday, June 7, 2026, in the exhibition "Edition 5 / Maya Bringolf / Vincent Kohler" running from May 16 to July 19, 2026.
HIDDEN LANDSCAPES was specially conceived for performances in offspaces, art houses and museums. The instruments are divided into three groups, which are spatially distributed across three "islands" in the performance space. During the concert, the musicians switch between the islands according to the score instructions, creating different sound experiences at each location. The audience moves freely through the exhibition spaces, lingering at individual works or sound fields and experiencing music and art from varying distances. Concert, exhibition and space merge into a common experiential space. HIDDEN LANDSCAPE thus creates a meditative atmosphere in which sound and silence combine with visual art.
