Intro

Muralto Vini al Lago invites wine lovers and foodies to a relaxed tasting by the lake. Ticino producers present their wines, with music by Musica Cittadina di Locarno and the Last Station Big Band.

Programme

Muralto Vini al Lago takes place along the lakeside promenade of Muralto and combines wine, music and lake atmosphere into a pleasant day out.

Opening hours: 11:00–18:00

More than twenty Ticino wineries present their wines throughout the day at stands along the lakeside.

Tasting and pass

- Day pass for tasting: CHF 25.–

- When purchasing the pass, visitors receive their own tasting glass for a deposit of CHF 5.–.

- With this glass you can move from stall to stall and taste the different wines.

-With the purchase of at least six bottles of Ticino wine, 10 CHF will be reimbursed.

Music

The event is accompanied by live music from:

- Musica Cittadina di Locarno: performing from 14:00 to 15:00 at various spots along the promenade.

- Last Station Big Band: from 16:00 to 16:30 with the program “Gershwin, the Man We Love” at Porto Nuovo in Muralto

- At other times: DJ set at Porto Nuovo

Atmosphere

The lakeside of Muralto provides the setting for a day dedicated to Ticino wines. Wine lovers and food enthusiasts are invited to discover the diversity of local production, get to know new wines and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere on Lake Maggiore.
