Intro
This year, the National Day celebrations will take place alongside the “Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift” and will be held at the Place de la Navigation in Ouchy, on the lakeside, on Saturday 1
The official part of the National Day celebrations begins at 7.00 pm in the presence of Grégoire Junod, Mayor of Lausanne, and the guest of honour, Sarah Atcho-Jaquie, a Lausanne-based athlete and sprint specialist, followed by the Swiss national anthem, a concert by Lady O, an artist from Lutry who won the TV show “The Voice”, and various musical interludes.The traditional fireworks display on the lake will take place at 9.45 pm/10 pm.
