THE DAM
Overview
Intro
film concert
"The day before her attacker is arrested, Claire returns to the nightclub where she was drugged and assaulted. In the shadow of the dam overlooking the venue, she must choose: seek revenge… or trust the justice system." THE DAM is a film-concert that offers a unique experience where images and music spring from the same inspiration. From the writing phase onward, the composers and the director worked hand in hand: the screenplay, the pacing, and the moods were developed together, with a musical score crafted in parallel so that it would be intimately linked to the visuals. On stage, Claire’s story takes on a new dimension. The live music accompanies this night where past and present collide, immersing the audience in the heart of her dilemma and distress. Film and music interact to create a collective experience, where emotions are shared by all.
