Intro
Discover the beauties of the Jura through a fantastic crest trail offering exceptional panoramic views from the Mont-Blanc to the Säntis and from the Chasseron to the Vosges. The hike ends with a path edged with tall wooden statues as well as numerous benches and a well fitted out picnic place.

At the railway station of Les Hauts-Geneveys, cross the tracks and take left through the village, and then the wood. Take the marked forest trail as far as Tête de Ran. Walk on the crest following route no 5 up to Mont Racine, through les Grandes Pradières-Dessus.
At the Mont Racine, turn north towards la Grand Racine, towards Marmound, then La Sagne-Crêt. To go down, take the Sentier des Statues (Statue Path, marked with yellow arrows), edged with sculptures (persons and animals) carved in tree trunks on the spot. End of the hike ist the trai station of La Sagne-Crêt.
