With nearly 350 years of history, the Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois is one of Europe’s most storied city hotels. Brasserie Les Trois Rois offers Swiss and French classics, freshly reinterpreted with great attention to detail. In September 2025, the restaurant Banks opened as Basel’s newest social hub. European‑Asian inspired and modern in its approach, Banks stands for creative flavour combinations and shared dining experiences. At its centre: a sculptural bar beneath a poetic ceiling installation by artist duo Gerda Steiner & Jörg Lenzlinger.
