Intro
The vibrant heart of Estavannens, the Auberge des Montagnards has been revived as a direct descendant of the Pinte des Mossettes. A tradi-contemporary bistro that hits the nail on the head, where Swiss food is uncomplicated.
Information
Description
Nicolas Darnauguilhem is a team player. The parent company's expert remains at the helm of the gourmet kitchen at Les Mossettes. At the Auberge des Montagnards, he infuses his conception of today's peasant cuisine like an orchestra conductor. He leaves the reins to the duo of Anthony & Maëlle, who operate as kitchen-waiting room duettists with mastery. The focus is on raw emotion, simple pleasure and generosity. Perhaps this is the new chic: comfort without fuss. Cuisine as it comes, again and again.
Head chef: Anthony Bèque
