Our Chef Antoine Menard, who has been at the helm of our kitchen for 22 years, has earned a fine reputation for his creativity and artistic flair.

Information

Description

The owner, Aurel Salamin, invites you every day to eat the real and unique raclette au Feu de Bois in a real alpine atmosphere. He prepares Raclette in the big fireplace in front of you with Anniviers cheese. You'll eat it in front of the great fresco of queen fights.
