The city of Bischofszell lies on a terrace presiding over the confluence of the Sitter and Thur Rivers. The city won the Wakker Prize in 1987. Walks and extensive hiking tours that start in Bischofszell let visitors explore and enjoy the scenic riverine landscape.

Saint-Cergue is located at 1041 m at the entrance to the Col de la Givrine, to the east of the impressive Jura peak of La Dôle. Its situation, high above Lake Geneva, offers wonderful wide views of the whole alpine chain as far as Mont Blanc. The main attractions of this resort are the peaceful landscape of the Jura and the fresh, scented air of the extensive forests.

Siders (French: Sierre), pleasantly situated on a number of hills and nestling among vineyards, is a small town in the Valais blessed with a great deal of sunshine. Wine-growing and cultural events are both of great importance here. Thanks to its central position, Siders is also an ideal starting point for lots of excursions.

Silvaplana is the lively, young “Trendspot“ in Engadin. Surrounded by pristine nature and embedded in the wide Upper Engadine Lake landscape, the recreational paradise has become an international destination for sports enthusiasts.

Between lake and mountains, Sarnen is your haven of peace in central Switzerland. You stroll along Lake Sarnen, swim on well-kept shores and start tours in Obwalden's mountains. By train and bus you can reach destinations such as Pilatus, Stanserhorn and Melchsee-Frutt.

Fribourg an der Saane is considered one of the most beautiful medieval cities in Europe. Marvel at the towers of the city fortifications, fountains and bridges, chapels and monasteries. The Cathedral of Saint Nicholas gazes down over it all. There are lakes, mountains and nature parks at every turn.

The beautiful hilly landscape around Langnau in Emmental is characterised by lush meadows, quiet forests and breathtaking views of the tops of the Bernese Alps and the Jura mountains.

From spring through to autumn, the sports runs and tracks make accessible a wonderful walking area, with walking trails and hikes the extend right up to an Alpine altitude. The pistes are groomed and a small, family-friendly skiing area becomes available once the first winter snowfalls have settled.

The resort of Beckenried (435 m) is on the south bank of Lake Lucerne at the foot of the Klewenalp with views of the popular and famous Rigi mountain on the other side of the lake. Near to Beckenried, on the panoramic terrace high above the lake, lie the villages of Emmetten and Seelisberg. Cable-cars provide access to the family-friendly walking and skiing area of Klewenalp and Stockhütte.

Traveling from Lake Thun in a westerly direction, the Simmen Valley opens up. The pyramid-shaped Niesen and the Stockhorn preside over the imposing entrance to the valley. The hiking-mountain and vantage point beckon with an imposing panoramic view of 200 peaks.

The Val Surses Savognin Bivio holiday region is located right in the heart of Graubünden, surrounded by Switzerland's largest nature park, Parc Ela. The region offers inspiration as an idyllic hiking destination in summer. In winter, snow sports fans love its particularly wide slopes. Even if you are not an Alpine skier, the region offers unspoilt nature, fresh mountain air, astounding expanses and romantic culture.

The Swiss capital is a total work of art. With its UNESCO-listed old town, cathedral, clock tower, fountains and numerous arcades, Bern is one of Switzerland’s most beautiful cities. Between all of the sights on offer, the city also offers you plenty of nature and a chance to refresh yourself on the River Aare.

Located in the heart of Central Switzerland, between Schwyz and Einsiedeln, the Mythenregion may be quickly and easily reached from all directions. From Zürich in about 45 minutes and from Lucerne/Zug in 30 minutes.

The Bündner Herrschaft, located in the northernmost corner of Graubünden, is the gateway to the canton. Its excellent Blauburgunder wines made the region famous as a winegrowing region. The fairly small vacation region has at its center the town of Maienfeld, home of Heidi - the world-famous children’s book character.

Spiez is located in what is probably the most beautiful Swiss bay on the deep blue Lake Thun. Here you can stroll through the vineyards or on the beach path with a view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. You will visit the castle and enjoy excursions by steamboat or to the local mountain Niesen.

A community of ten villages close to Grand Saint Bernard, Liddes boasts a vast, mountainous landscape and a huge variety of hiking trails and sites.

The small resort villages of Wilderswil and Gsteigwiler are situated in the immediate vicinity of Interlaken. They are the ideal starting points for excursions to the highlights of the Bernese Oberland.

Villars-sur-Ollon offers you alpine ambience, outdoor sports and experiences in the heart of nature. From Lake Geneva, you can reach the friendly chalet village, which is situated 1,300 meters up, in no time at all. Have fun hiking, golfing, visiting thermal baths or enjoying the extensive winter sports area of Villars-Gryon-Les-Diablerets.

Elm is nestled in the Glarus Alps and offers pure nature – including the impressive Martinsloch. The car-free family ski area, versatile hiking opportunities and sustainable alpine tourism make Elm a real insider tip.

The Trient Valley (Vallée du Trient) links Martigny in Lower Valais via the border town of Le Châtelard with Chamonix, the well-known French resort at the foot of Mont Blanc. The Trient Valley is an untouched natural paradise with wild gorges, grottos, dinosaur tracks, and one of the Alps’ most beautiful glaciers.

Gandria is a picturesque village on Lake Lugano with narrow streets, colorful houses and traditional grottos. Here you can enjoy Mediterranean flair, surrounded by lush nature and with views of the mountains and the water.

Discover Brig in sunny Valais. Stroll through the car-free old town, marvel at the Stockalper Castle and let yourself be pampered in the Brigerbad thermal baths. As a transport hub, Brig is ideal when it comes to excursions to the Aletsch region, the Matterhorn or the Saas Valley.

The fine farming village and service centre of Erlenbach is nestled among the delightful Simmental landscape in the foothills of the Alps at the feet of the Stockhorn, from where you can enjoy an impressive view of 200 mountain peaks.

Altstätten is situated in the Rhine Valley of St. Gallen, at the foot of the hills of the Appenzellerland. As a market town with a long tradition, it boasts one of the loveliest historical town centres in Eastern Switzerland.

The historic little town of Moudon lies in privileged position at the heart of stunning landscapes, halfway between the Jorat-Plateau and Broye-Tal valley. And surely nothing could be more attractive than the picturesque alleyways of this delightful spot.
