Information
Description
In the past, Charmey's livelihood came from two sources: the forest and alpine cheese - both in terms of production and export, as the village is located on the cheese route, exporting cheese as far as neighbouring France.
Cheese, in all its forms, consistencies and flavours, is the star of the establishment, highlighting the heritage of Charmey and Fribourg: from fondue to grilled tomme, from cheese crust to raclette, it allows all cheese lovers to meet and exchange ideas in the new restaurant's revamped interior, or on one of its two terraces in summer.
