Cyrille Kamerzin originally hails from Valais, but has worked at the Eden Roc for the last 20 years. “You’ve got everything here”, he says, “a wonderful location, Italian flair, no stress.”
As the sun sets behind the hills, dinner is prepared right by the lake. The background with the sunset over the lake is perfect. Meanwhile, guests can make themselves comfortable under the pergola with a glass of Ticino Merlot.
