Barefoot in nature: In the barefoot course with Sandy Rauch, you will discover how different surfaces such as forest ground, dewy meadows or pebbles feel under your feet and how beneficial natural barefoot walking can be. The course strengthens the foot muscles, enhances sensory perception and teaches a joint-friendly walking pattern. Topics include foot health, natural walking and running, the differences between barefoot walking and walking with shoes, cold training and suitable footwear. The course supports healthy and strong feet and legs and can help prevent or relieve discomfort in the feet, knees, hips, back and neck. Three hours in nature filled with awareness, movement and enjoyment.
