Goat experience: Trekking with picnic or outdoor glacier fondue

Introduzione
With the funny flock of five goats, you will travel over hill and dale in the fascinating Engadin landscape to idyllic villages.
Program I rescued these nine young goats from the butcher. Some are already experienced trekking goats – others are just starting their careers! They are tame, large – or small, sweet, funny, special, and unique. Learn more about these wonderful animals and join us for an approximately 1.5-hour goat walk through the fascinating Engadine landscape, including a leisurely break. Guests can also hear interesting facts about Engadine customs, people, and the valley! More information about the project. Registration required.
Program
Welcome, meeting the goats, grooming, information, briefing on handling goats, leisurely hike (goats are in no hurry…), relaxing break and conversation, return and farewell. Postcards featuring the goats are available upon request.
Dates
- May to November, Sundays at 11:00 AM
- other days and times are possible upon request
Price/Performance
- Adults CHF 125.00/person
- Teens CHF 95.00/person - Kids 7 to 12 years CHF 65.00/person - approx. 3-4 hours total time including picnic or glacier fondue, soft drinks
Notes
• Minimum of two people, singles on request
• Children must be accompanied by their parents
• Attire: sporty/old clothes, good footwear, backpack
• Dogs are unfortunately not allowed
• Insurance is the responsibility of the participant (the goats are covered by liability insurance)
• The animals are regularly checked and dewormed by a veterinarian
• No hikes possible in the rain (alternative day offered)
