graubündenVIVA, GastroGraubünden, and the Center sursilvan d'agricultura association, as the organizer of “da nus,” invite you to the “Genuss-Palaver” in Disentis on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
The “Genuss-Palaver” event series brings together restaurateurs, producers, and anyone interested in or involved with regional cuisine.
In addition to a keynote presentation and a panel discussion, farmers and food producers from the Surselva region will showcase their regional delicacies at a “mini-product market.”
