Re:Connection for Body & Mind
A transformative night with Mike Chang & Halil Capri
Do you feel disconnected, from yourself, from others and from life itself?
This evening is an invitation to come back to wholeness. To meet the parts of ourselves we exiled to survive.
On November 25th, the Paulus Church opens its doors for an evening unlike any other. You’ll be guided through holistic movement and a transformative breathwork journey, to reconnect you with your body and your highest potential.
We will work with three things:
Feeling again: Reconnecting to the emotions we learned to suppress, the ones that hold our aliveness.
Facing the inner critic: Meeting the harsh voice in our heads, by understanding it instead of fighting it.
Reconnecting: To ourselves first, then to each other. Healing happens when we are seen in our shadow and our
doubts, with an open heart.
What awaits you:
✔ Emotional release & inner clarity
✔ A deep, transformative breathwork journey
✔ Mike’s Flow60 practice to reset body, mind & soul
This is a night for like-minded people who show up for themselves, their families and the collective, to shift their
frequency so they can make a real difference in the world.
Bring your open heart.
Your doubting heart.
Your hiding heart.
ALL of YOU is welcome.
