Clean-Up Tour - Grindelwald
Overview
Intro
Winter is over and spring is already here. Now it's time to remove the rubbish that has been left lying around.
Firstbahn AG, Grindelwald Tourism and the Summit Foundation are organising a Clean-Up Day.
Meeting point: First gondola valley station
Programme:
09:15: Meeting point at the First gondola valley station, distribution of gloves and rubbish bags
10:00: Arrival at the First mountain station, gathering and briefing with coffee and croissants at the mountain restaurant. Participants will receive a lunch package.
10:45: Start of the clean-up activity in the First area
14:00: Meeting point at the First mountain station. Weighing and sorting of the collected waste, group photo and debriefing
14:30: Return journey by gondola
The final schedule will be communicated to registered participants by e-mail.
Practical information:
Gloves and rubbish bags will be provided on site. If you have your own gloves, you are welcome to bring them.
Please feel free to bring a small snack and a bottle of water, such as a reusable drinking bottle, for the clean-up activity.
