It is very important to me to create a space in which you can come into deep and fulfilling contact with yourself.
We take a lot of time to relax with meditation, breathing exercises and yoga. Nature rituals will support you in cleansing and renewing your system. The element of water in particular will accompany us this weekend. A dip in one of the beautiful pools under a waterfall invigorates and refreshes all the senses. With the help of guided journeys, you will come into contact with your deep wisdom.
This little time-out nourishes you on all levels. If you want to experience the powerful nature with its rich flora, caves, waterfalls and magic with all your senses, you can arrive on Thursday, July 16. Before the official start of the seminar, I offer a relaxation session on Thursday evening and a morning meditation on Friday.
