The historic Mountain Lodge from 1856 and the multiple award-winning pavilion from 2002 were renovated and further developed in 2018/2019. Experience cosiness, the culinary offer and the panoramic view of the surrounding mountains or mystical moods in the Mountain Lodge. Ten cosy and simple double rooms with Hüsler Nest beds and WC/shower on the floor and one double room with WC/shower in the room invite you to spend the night. Enjoy the exceptional overnight stay in the Bernese Oberland at 2,334 m above sea level.In 2002 the renovated facilities and the new clear-cut and transparent restaurant pavillon was opened to the public.

Berghaus Niesen Kulm, with its award-winning glass pavilion, offers state-of-the-art seminar facilities paired with breathtaking panoramic views. Three rooms host up to 142 participants, with tailored planning for meetings, events and conferences. A spacious sun terrace invites you to relax. In the kitchen, regional specialities take centre stage. The journey itself is part of the experience – a spectacular ride on the historic funicular. Overnight stays are available in 11 rustic-style double and twin rooms.
