Винодельческое хозяйство Шато дю Крест, расположившееся в окрестностях Женевы, охватывает территорию в более чем 15 гектаров. Здесь выращивают различные сорта винограда – от шасла до каберне и мерло.
Десять лет назад в регионе начали возрождать старые традиции виноделия, и с тех пор здесь производят собственное вино.
Сегодня виноградники Шато дю Крест в окрестностях Женевы простираются на более чем 15 гектаров. Здесь выращивают различные сорта винограда – от шасла до каберне и мерло. Старый винный погреб, откопанный его владельцем Франсуа-Жюлем Микели в 1823 году, был модернизирован в 1994 году, что позволило хозяевам замка вернуться к древним традициям прессования винограда – с применением новейших технологий. Винный погреб открыт для туристов круглый год. С понедельника по пятницу: с 17.00 до 19.00. В субботу: с 10.00 до 12.00.
