Грот Фей находится на севере от Сан-Мориса (St. Maurice).

Cave walk to the waterfall (1 hour)
Follow the illuminated path through winding galleries into the limestone cave. At the end of the 500-meter trail, you'll find yourself in front of an underground lake with a 50-meter-high waterfall rushing into it. According to legend, the fairy fountain inside the cave fulfils a wish when you dip your left hand into the water.
- Good to know: The cave will remain closed all year round due to renovation work in 2026.
- Tip: Plan your time – it's a 25-minute walk from Saint-Maurice train station to the grotto.
Explore Saint-Maurice and its surroundings
Combine the cave visit with historic Saint-Maurice. The castle above the town shows changing exhibitions. The Abbey of Saint-Maurice is one of the oldest monasteries in the Western world. The medieval bridge from the 12th century will take you to the Grand-Rue with its historic buildings.
