Intro
Три любопытных достопримечательности Люцерна расположены одна за другой: знаменитый памятник льву, ледниковый сад и зеркальный лабиринт "Альгамбра", состоящий из 90 зеркал.
Умирающий Лев в Люцерне был высечен из камня в память о швейцарских гвардейцах, павших в 1792 году в ходе Французской революции. Ледниковый парк представляет трещины, относящиеся к раннему Ледниковому Периоду, имевшему место около 20 тыс. лет назад, а также следы окаменелых мидий и отпечатки пальмовых листьев из субтропического региона на берегу моря, существовавшего здесь 20 млн лет назад. Эти объекты дополнены интерактивными информационными станциями и мультимедийными презентациями. Пейзаж оказывается буквально у ваших ног, когда вы видите старейшую в мире горную цепь Центральной Швейцарии.
Зеркальный лабиринт «Альгамбра», состоящий из 90 зеркал, был построен еще в 1896 году для Швейцарской национальной выставки в Женеве: он также находится в ледниковом парке «Glacier Garden».

Hiking through the rock world (30-45 minutes)
Embark on a journey through millions of years. Inside the sandstone rock, projections and animations tell the story from the primeval sea to the Ice Age. You cross dark passages, pass an underground lake and finally reach the Sommerau with a view over Lucerne and the Alps.
- Good to know: The Felsenwelt is barrier-free.
- Tip: Combine the visit with the nearby Lion Monument.
Getting Lost in the Mirror Labyrinth (15-20 minutes)
Can you find the exit again? In the mirror maze, you make your way through 90 mirrors and marvel at the confusing reflections. Everywhere you meet yourself and the short distances seem to be infinitely long. By the way, the labyrinth replicates the Spanish Alhambra and dates back to 1896.
- Good to know: For small children, it is recommended to be accompanied by an adult.
- Tip: Slowly feel your way forward to avoid collisions.
Visit the museum and Pfyffer relief (45-60 minutes)
In the former home of the Amrein family, you will explore collections from the 19th century. Here you can expect minerals, historical maps and the oldest mountain relief in the world, the Pfyffer relief. It was made from 1762 to 1786 and shows you the original Switzerland around Lake Lucerne.
