The heart of our house is the kitchen. With much love and culinary art Olivier & Pierre-René conjure up fine delicacies. The ingredients come as far as possible from the Biosfera Val Müstair.

The hotel was completely renovated in 2017 and the Rombach stream gave the hotel its name. The hotel and restaurant are wheelchair accessible.

The Barlaina is the breakfast room for our house guests in the morning and a bar and restaurant for the public in the evening. Besides various drinks we also offer food.
