Between yoga sequences, you will explore the hiking trails of Saanenland and indulge in our wellness oasis.
The Sport Lodge, right next to the Sportzentrum Gstaad, will become your personal retreat.
From breakfast to dinner, we ensure shared enjoyment and well-being.
YOGA AT THE SPORTZENTRUM GSTAAD
Two light-filled group fitness rooms provide you with space for movement, calm, and views. Arrive at yourself – in connection with yourself and new horizons. Practice in a group, grow together, and still have enough space for your retreat.
The breath (Pranayama) plays a central role in Stephanie’s yoga classes. Her sessions are characterized by a mindful approach to oneself as well as respectful interaction with one another.
HIKING IN GSTAAD
Whether moor landscapes, gorges, or mountain peaks: Experience the diversity of the region on over 300 kilometers of marked paths. Numerous routes lead past quiet valleys, through dense forests, or to cozy huts.
GUIDED HIKES
They vary between easy walks and longer tours (1.5, 4.5, and 6.5 hours including breaks). Always included: time to breathe, whether at the summit or afterward in the wellness area.
ALL INCLUSIVE
Included in the package price are daily yoga, guided hikes, half-board at the in-house restaurant THE BOAT, Gstaad Card (free public transportation), access to the indoor pool and wellness area, and spa taxes included.
WELLNESS AND RELAXATION
Finnish sauna, soft sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, experience showers, and two relaxation rooms – Silence for tranquility, Communication for quiet exchange. You can cool off in the cold water pool or the Kneipp and foot warmth pools.
