This yoga session is designed to reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and guide you into a state of deep relaxation.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, and restorative practices, you will reconnect with your body and return to a sense of calm, balance, and clarity.
A moment to slow down and reset — away from the pace of daily life.
The session is guided by an international yoga teacher, trained in India and Bali, with years of teaching experience worldwide.
Classes are offered in English, German, and Italian.
Suitable for all levels — no prior experience needed.
