Sporty 6-hour summer expedition in one of the largest cave systems in the world (over 200 km explored)! Suitable for sporty families, couples, individuals.
Are you sporty and fit? Are you looking for a special challenge? Then our Hölloch Challenge is the right choice for you. In addition to exciting information about the cave system, this tour offers a lot of action with numerous crawling and climbing sections.
The tour starts along the impressive main passage, where there are interesting rock formations to discover. At the Bösen Wand, we make our way back and, after the lunch break, advance through the Widmer and Saxer passages into the lower cave system. We reach the lowest point of the cave system at Lake Zurich, where the karst water level is. A tour highlight is the Sintergang with its crystal-clear water pools, which we walk through barefoot.
