The Murten Classics castle courtyard concerts are the heart of the festival.
In the historic castle courtyard, against an impressive backdrop and with a view over Lake Murten, the sunset meets music of the highest international standard. Renowned orchestras, conductors and outstanding soloists perform in the open air, inviting you to enjoy unforgettable summer moments. This year's festival theme, ‘Freedom | Liberté’, is a common thread running through all the festival concerts in 2026.
