11.00 a.m. | Arrival of the participants at the center and welcome. We start with a mindfulness hike and have a picnic on the way. Depending on the weather, the subsequent yoga exercises will take place in front of or inside the villa.

We start the day at sunrise with a yoga class against a unique mountain backdrop. After breakfast, we go on a varied hike in the Aletsch Forest and learn interesting facts about the protected area and its nature.
The weekend ends at around 3 p.m. at Villa Cassel.
