Reuse, recycle, reinvent: this is exactly what was done with a discarded SBB cargo wagon. It now stands on the railway tracks next to the sagibeiz restaurant, and has been lovingly converted into a small, high-quality ‟suite” with magnificent lake and mountain views. A stove provides cosy warmth even in winter. Primarily recycled materials (plenty of iron) were used for the wagon’s exterior. The interior is made of new and old wood, and the beds have been equipped with Riposa mattresses (produced in the region). The private balcony as well as the lake sauna complete the stay.
