By train: once arrived at Lugano train station take the bus for Tesserete. By car: driving from Gotthard take exit Lugano Nord and follow Vezia, once there follow Tesserete. In Tesserete at the roundabout turn right downhill, once the descent reaches the end the hotel is on the left hand side.
