Expect a juicy feel-good Hatha/Vinyasa flow that builds heat, opens the body and leaves you glowing, energized and deeply alive, not drained.
Led by an internationally trained teacher with years of experience in India & Bali, the class blends strong foundations with playful movement, conscious breath and just enough spice to make you feel amazing in your body.
