On July 7, 2026, the “Genuss-Palaver” in Disentis invites restaurateurs, producers, and food enthusiasts to come together for conversation, discussion, and regional specialties.

graubündenVIVA, GastroGraubünden, and the Center sursilvan d'agricultura association, as the organizer of “da nus,” invite you to the “Genuss-Palaver” in Disentis on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.

The “Genuss-Palaver” event series brings together restaurateurs, producers, and anyone interested in or involved with regional cuisine.

In addition to a keynote presentation and a panel discussion, farmers and food producers from the Surselva region will showcase their regional delicacies at a “mini-product market.”

“Genuss-Palaver” Program (starting at 1:00 p.m.)

• Keynote presentation by top chef Rebecca Clopath

• Panel discussion with chefs Rebecca Clopath and Elisa Galasi, among others

• “Mini-Product Market” featuring regional products

• Networking session including tastings and an aperitif
