Intro
Breathwork at the Breath Fast Club: three evenings a week, open to everyone. Dynamic breathing sessions for more clarity, focus and connection to yourself. Info & registration: thebreathfastclub.ch
The Gentle Men’s Breath Club is a 90-minute breathwork session for men only. A quieter space to get out of your head, reconnect with your body and explore your breath more consciously.
We begin with a short introduction and take a moment to arrive in the room and in the body. From there, we move into guided breathing rounds with rhythmic breathing, breath holds and quieter phases. The practice can become intense, while always allowing you to follow your own pace.
The focus is less on performance or reaching a particular state, and more on awareness: What is here right now? What changes when you give yourself the time to really notice?
Towards the end, the breath gradually settles again. There is time for integration, silence and, for those who want to, a short group sharing.
No previous breathwork experience is needed. Curiosity and a willingness to explore your breath are more than enough.
The Gentle Men’s Breath Club may be for you if you …
• spend a lot of time in your head and are looking for a conscious counterbalance.
• want to become more aware of your body and the signals it is giving you.
• want to discover or deepen your breathwork practice in a calm and open setting.
• are looking for a space for men where there is no need to perform, explain or prove anything.
Previous experience: None required. You will be guided through the session step by step.
Price: CHF 42
What to bring: Comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Yoga mats, blankets and eye pillows are provided.
Preparation: Ideally, avoid a large meal for one to two hours beforehand and give yourself a few extra minutes to arrive and settle in.
Breathwork can be physically and emotionally intense. If you have any health concerns or are unsure whether the session is suitable for you, please get in touch with us beforehand.
📍 How to find us: Walk through the tunnel to the right of the Hannibal furniture store into the courtyard. Once inside, take the stairs down immediately on your left.
