ミュージアム（博物館・美術館） : ザンクト・ガレン

The Art Museum St.Gallen offers an attractive programme of exhibitions of international significance and as a treasure trove of exhibits from Eastern Switzerland is home to a rich collection of paintings and sculptures from the late Middle Ages to the present.

古くからテキスタイル（繊維・織物）産業で栄えたザンクト・ガレン。1878年に織物産業の振興のために、型絵・図案などを蒐集し、ミュージアム・図書館を開設しました。旧市街の中心にある歴史的な建物にはレースや布地、洋服などの貴重なコレクションがつまっています。毎回、創意工夫をこらした展示スタイルも話題を集めています。
