標高2080m。アルプスを南北に結ぶゴッタルド峠の道路として有名なトレモラ。19世紀につくられた伝統の峠道。麓の街アイロロから標高2106mのゴッタルド峠まで続く、曲がりくねった九十九折の山道です。とくにマウンテンバイクを楽しむサイクリストに人気のコースです。

ロケーション：標高2869m。エッギスホルン山頂 アルプス最大・最長のアレッチ氷河（約23km※）は、周辺の山々とあわせて世界自然遺産に登録されています。総称してアレッチ氷河と呼んでいますが、実際はメンヒから流れる氷河、ユングフラウから流れる氷河、アレッチホルンの北側に流れる氷河の３つの氷河がコンコルディアプラッツという合流点でひとつとなり、大きな氷の河グロッサー・アレッチグレッチャーとして流れています。 氷河の途中でベルン州とヴァレー州に分かれており、氷河の南端にあたるヴァレー州側のアレッチ地方（アレッチ・アレーナ Aletsch Arena）からは、まさに氷の大河という美しい眺望が広がっています。そして、ベットマーホルン展望台、モースフルー展望台、ホーフルー展望台、エッギスホルン展望台とそれぞれに異なる角度で氷河ビューが楽しめますが、フォトスポットのサインは、最も高い位置から氷河を見下ろすポイントで、ベルン州（ユングフラウ地方）側から流れてくる氷河がカーブしていくところを撮影できるエッギスホルンのポイントに設置されました。

ロケーション：標高2360m。ニーゼン・クルム（ニーゼン山頂） カンダー谷とジンメ谷の間、印象的な三角形の山。画家のパウル・クレーが作品に描いたことでも有名。山頂からはベルナーアルプスやトゥーン湖、まわりに広がる緑の谷の美しい眺望が楽しめます。山頂へは伝統のケーブルカーが結んでいますが、その路線沿いには階段があり、世界一長い階段（11674段）としてギネス認定されています。山頂には1856年創業の伝統を誇る山小屋ホテル・レストランがあり、宿泊すれば感動的な星空やご来光、夕日が撮影できます。

長さ150m、高低差23m、ヨーロッパ最大の水量を誇るライン滝（ラインファル）。景勝地としても古くから世界的に有名な滝で、詩人ゲーテも生涯で４度この滝を訪れています。 いくつか滝見のポイントはありますが、フォトスポットが設置されたのは、滝の上にあるラウフェン城の階段。現在、レストランになっている中世からの伝統を誇る城からは、上から滝の全体をみることができます。 ほかにも、滝の真ん中にある小さな見晴台「ケンツェリ Känzeli」にボートでいき、水しぶきの中、間近に迫力のある水の流れを楽しむこともできます。 ライン滝の情報

ロケーション：標高530m。シェーブルからサン＝サフォランの間。 ローザンヌからモントルーまでのレマン湖畔にのびる丘陵に広がるワイン産地。約１世紀に渡り、小さな村でつくられてきたワイン生産農家たちの暮らしと伝統から世界遺産に認定されています。きらめく湖、奥に広がるアルプスの山々、テラス状に連なるブドウ畑の絶景は人気の撮影ポイントです。

標高2429m。ウーリ州アンデルマットとヴァレー州レアルプを結ぶフルカ峠。アルプスの峠のなかでも４番目の高所にある峠で、ヴァレー州側の峠道では、ローヌ氷河を間近に見ることができます。夏季のみ運行可能な峠道は、九十九折のカーブが続く道としても有名。 フルカトンネルができるまでは、1930年に開通した観光列車「グレッシャー・エクスプレス（氷河特急）」のルートでした。その旧路線を復活させた「フルカ山岳蒸気鉄道」でフルカ越えルートの鉄道旅を体験することもできます。 フルカ峠の情報

Hallwyl is one of Switzerland’s loveliest moated castles. The exhibitions in the 900-year-old castle document the building’s history and provide an insight into how the family that owned Hallwyl once lived. The everyday lives of the labouring classes, such as farmers and millers, are also touched upon as part of the exhibition, while the dreadful cries of the prisoners can still be heard from the dungeon tower. Various guided tours, workshops and audio tours allow for more in-depth engagement with selected topics.

The magnificent limestone cliffs of Creux du Van (“van” means rock) form a rocky circle almost 200m high with a circumference of 1.4km. Together with the Areuse Gorge, the site has been a nature reserve since 1876. Upstream is Val-de-Travers, known for its terroir, history and numerous activities. Staff from the tourist information point at Noiraigue Station will be happy to provide more information. And, on its south side, the summit of Creux du Van also offers stunning views of the Alps.

ポントレジーナ周辺からみえるベルニナ・アルプスの山々と氷河。世界遺産にも認定されているレーティッシュ鉄道ベルニナ線のハイライトのひとつで、モルテラッチ氷河をバックに走る鉄道が撮影できるモンテベッロ・カーブは、代表的な絶景撮影ポイントです。 グラウビュンデン州最大のモルテラッチ氷河、東部アルプスで最高峰となるピッツ・ベルニナ(4049 m)からピッツ・パリュ Piz Palü (3901 m)、ピッツ・ロゼッチ Piz Roseg (3937 m) を撮影することができます。 モルテラッチ駅から徒歩20分。

Piazza Ticino, on Monte Ceneri Pass, boasts the region’s new landmark – Totem Ticino, which is built of stone from the canton. The symbolism of this work is unmistakable: the piazza represents the union of the three regions of Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano, whose history was shaped by deep divisions, starting in 1803 – the year in which Ticino became a canton. The totem, on the other hand, represents the completion of the entire AlpTransit project, with the Ceneri Base Tunnel marking the concluding phase. The Totem is clad in stones from Ticino that were removed during the boring of the AlpTransit tunnel. The new Piazza Ticino is one of the main stops on the La Via del Ceneri cultural trail. The oval-shaped space features five benches and four new trees, which offer a shady respite for visitors.

The mountains rise up majestically over the glittering Lake Thun. Set against the breathtaking panoramic backdrop of the Bernese Alps, the famous three peaks, the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, are unmistakeable. This is the magnificent spectacle that awaits visitors on the Niederhorn. Thanks to its unique location, it offers fantastic 360-degree views of the Swiss Plateau and the Bernese Alps, stretching as far as the cities of Thun and Bern.
