In our chadafö is stewed. The sauces are prepared and boiled down ourselves. We start making jams and syrups when the flowers and fruits are ripe. The cake showcase is stocked with cakes baked by us.

We place great emphasis on regional and home cooking from the Engadine and its direct surroundings.
