峡谷 Gorge

The Herens cattle educational trail, with a total of six stations, starts at Alpe de Tortin in the middle of the 4 Vallées and brings you closer to the life of the (in)famous Herens cows in a playful and authentic way.

The Quays of Montreux extend over thirteen kilometers along the shores of Lake Geneva. Here, walkers can admire the exotic flowers and palm trees while also enjoying the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

1513年から飼育されてきた、ベルンのシンボルでもある“熊”。町の発祥の地であるニーデッガー橋のたもとにある小さなお堀でみることができましたが、2009年10月にアーレ川沿いの土手に広々とした公園がつくられ、敷地面積6000平方メートルの「ベーレンパルク（熊公園）BärenPark」がオープン。のびのびと過ごす熊たちの奥には、アーレ川に囲まれた世界遺産の美しいベルン旧市街が一望できる憩いのスポットです。

グロッセ・シャイデックをはさんでグリンデルワルトの反対側。ローゼンラウイ谷にあり、1世紀以上もの間、国内外の旅人を魅了してきた氷河峡谷です。中を流れるヴァイセンバッハ川Weissenbachが、粘板岩や石灰岩を浸食して形成されました。

エレマンスの谷（ヴァル・デレマンス）の奥にあるディックス湖の入口につくられたダム。完成に10年以上の時を費やしたヴァレー州最大規模のダムで、285mの高さを誇っています。ヴァレーアルプスの35カ所の氷河から流れる水を集め、4億立方メートルの水を貯えており、水力発電にも利用されています。周りを3000m級のアルプスの山々に囲まれた雄大な風景が魅力。夏の間だけでも平均して約1万人の見物客を集める人気の観光スポットです。絶景ハイキングも楽しめます。

紀元前から現在に至るまでの西洋文化と芸術を網羅する総合的なミュージアム。特別企画展は有料ですが、常設展は無料です。

ブリエンツ郊外バレンベルクの豊かな緑に包まれた66万平方メートルの広大な敷地に、スイス各地から約100軒の古い建物が移築されています。日本でいえば「明治村」や「江戸村」のようなもので、18・19世紀のスイスの農民の暮らしを体験できるテーマパークです。2019年、日本の「ハイジの村」と姉妹提携しました。

12世紀に貴族の私邸として建てられた、現存するジュネーヴ最古の個人の邸宅。そのもの自体が歴史を伝える文化財である建物に中世の都市と市民の暮らしを伝える品々が展示されています。

The Hergiswil Glassworks have been located at Lake Lucerne since 1817. At that time, the Glassworks were a production site with ideal transportation routes for wood fuel and goods. The tradition of craftsmanship continues to live on within the framework of modern design. The exhibition recounts the history of glass and the Hergiswil Glassworks. Visitors can observe the glassblowers working at the furnace.

Heroes triumph here, and sometimes they also fail: The Lauberhorn Run has been the scene of all kinds of fates and emotions. At 4.5 km, it is the longest and most demanding World Cup downhill course. However, it is also suitable for experienced amateurs.

中世の街並をそのまま残すグラウビュンデン州の州都クールから、シャンフィック谷の奥にある美しい自然に抱かれた山里アローザまで結ぶ山岳鉄道ルート。わずか26キロメートルの走行距離で約1000メートルの標高差をのぼっていきます。レーティッシュ鉄道を代表する鉄道遺産のひとつ「ラングヴィース橋」もハイライトのひとつです。

Aarau is home to a special place of cultural interest consisting of a unique construction from the perspective of technology and industrial history: the Meyerschen Stollen, an underground water collecting system dating from the early 19th century.

バーゼル郊外のリーヘンにある世界トップレベルの美術館。アートディーラーとして名を馳せたバイエラー夫妻が蒐集した珠玉のコレクションを中心に約250点の名作を所蔵、展示しています。作品の一部として有名建築家レンゾ・ピアノがつくりあげた美術館の建物も必見です。

ヴァレー州の中心に位置するワイン博物館。フランス語圏のシエールとドイツ語圏のサルゲッシュを結ぶ約6キロのぶどう畑ハイキングコースの両方に博物館があります。

エンゲルベルクのトリュプゼー（トリュプ湖）に冬季限定でオープンするスノーパーク。名峰群に囲まれた銀世界の中、電動スノーバイクやスノーモービルなど、多彩なスノーモビリティでさまざまな専用コースを走行することができます。

標高1907m。ミューレンのハウスマウンテンともいわれるアルメントフーベルはアイガー、メンヒ、ユングフラウの３名山を望む絶景ポイントのひとつです。約100年の伝統を誇るケーブルカーでミューレンからわずか約4分。夏季には高山植物の花々や名峰めぐり、冬季にはスノーハイキングなど、多彩なテーマハイキングが楽しめます。

石器時代から集落があったクールのヴェルシュデルフリ地区。古代ローマ時代の住居跡が、壁画、床面、ハイポコースト（当時のセントラルヒーティング）などが残った状態で発見されました。この住居跡遺跡をそのまま保存、展示するためのシェルターを1986年に有名建築家ペーター・ツントーが設計。３つある形のことなる住居遺跡の形にあわせて、木製の板を組み合わせてデザインされました。
