What better way to start the day than carving the first tracks in the freshly prepared snow? Amidst the stillness of the Arosa mountains, the only sound to be heard is the crunching of snow underfoot. Early risers are rewarded with untouched pistes in the first morning light.

イタリア国境へのびる谷奥にある小さなミュスタイア村の修道院が世界遺産に選ばれています。8世紀にカール大帝（シャルルマーニュ）の命を受けたクール司教によって建てられ、9世紀にベネディクト派の宗教施設、12世紀から女子修道院となったもので、外からみると質素な建物ですが、20世紀におこなわれた付属教会の改修工事の際に、壁画の下からさらに古い時代の壁画が発見されて一躍注目を集めました。

Now there’s even more reason to book a skiing holiday! All children aged 17 or younger can enjoy free group lessons at the Swiss Snow Sports School in Arosa when you spend at least two nights at a selected hotel or holiday apartment.

Skiing - A real treat on Parsenn. In terms of size and wide slopes Parsenn takes some beating - and the Gotschnabahn or Parsenn rail takes snow sports enthusiasts from Davos and Klosters directly to the ski area in just a few minutes.

From the Lower Engadine one passes through Val d’Uina (Uina Gorge) to reach the Vinschgau Valley. The hiking trail, which is partly carved into the rock, is especially popular among avid hikers.

Reichenau Castle boasts a spectacular setting on the confluence of the Upper and Lower Rhine. The historic building is now being used by the Tscharner family as a winery.

Kurhaus Tarasp was one of the Engadine's first grand hotels. In the nineteenth century, the spa guests included kings and tsars. The mineral-rich springs and drinking cures were world-famous. The intact ensemble complete with spa park is a delight.

ラークスの森の中、最大28mの高所につくられたのは全長約1.5kmで世界最長といわれる樹上遊歩道（ツリートップ・ウォーク）。木々の間を縫って龍が泳ぐように蛇行する道が特徴的で、ロマンシュ語で「龍の道」を意味する「センダ・ディル・ドラグン」と名付けられています。美しい森林浴を楽しみながら、途中にあるユニークな情報ガイドを通して、森の多面的な魅力を学び・体験することができるでしょう。

The Muottas Muragl funicular railway was the first mountain railway in the canton of Graubünden to open up a scenic mountain for tourism. Since 1907, it has been transporting visitors to the most stunning view point above the Upper Engadine; it has a total length of 2,201 m and an incline of ups to 56 percent. The Romantik Hotel Muottas Muragl was also a pioneering achievement: As part of a comprehensive renovation, it was named the first plus-energy hotel in the Alps in 2010.

St. Moritz ranks amongst the world’s top holiday destinations. Steeped in tradition, it is the birthplace of winter tourism in the Alps (1864) and the venue of two Winter Olympic Games. St. Moritz came to prominence through its hot springs, which have been known for 3,000 years and have long helped establish the village as a summer spa. World-class leisure, culture, shopping, events, hospitality and gastronomy: the name St. Moritz promises – and delivers – much.

The Parsenn funicular climbs the Weissfluhjoch in two sections much like an express train. With the Davos landscape below us, the view extends as far as Piz Kesch, the Bernina and 60 kilometres to the south.

Crossing the Schin Gorge between Tiefencastel, Alvaschein and Sils in Domleschg was not for nervous travellers.

A place for anyone who seeks peace and quiet, appreciates nature and wants to experience history. The historic hotel and Alpine landscape are what makes this spot 300 metres above Davos so special.

Ernst Ludwig Kirchner moved from Germany to Davos in 1917, in the hope of overcoming his tablet addiction. The expressionist spent the last 20 years of his life painting in the Graubünden mountains. His works are today admired in the Kirchner Museum - a highly regarded construction by the architects Gigon / Guyer.

The Palü Glacier created an extraordinary natural formation here in times long forgotten.

From Sur En in the Lower Engadin, the ice trail meanders through snowy woods along the Inn River. You can skate this three-kilometer-long trail at a leisurely pace or at a brisker clip. A unique way to enjoy the chill of winter.

奇跡の水といわれたタミナ渓谷で発見された温泉を求めて訪れる湯治客のために、プフェファースの修道院が18世紀に建てた温泉療養施設を改修して、1995年にオープンした温泉と修道院（一部パラケルススの資料も含む）の歴史を伝える博物館です。かつてのゲストハウスの食堂を使ったレストランではランチを楽しむこともできます。

グラウビュンデン州のライン渓谷は、スイスで最も印象的な自然景観の一つである。イル・スピル展望台に立ったり、ライン川沿いをハイキングしたり、渓谷を通​​るレーティッシュ鉄道に乗ったりしてみましょう。

The Jakobshorn in the mountains of Davos Klosters is the ultimate freestyle mountain. The JatzPark on the Jakobshorn is very popular and widely known.

For visitors, it’s an undiscovered gem, for local residents an annually recurring highlight: As soon as the first grass sprouts in the valley, the ibexes of the Albris colony migrate towards Pontresina and can be observed grazing, basking in the sun or playfully fighting at the upper end of the village. And best of all: With its new Ibex Paradise, Pontresina pays special tribute to the “King of the Alps” starting this spring.

The Salginatobel Bridge is a masterpiece by the grand steel and concrete pioneer Robert Maillart (1872-1940). The Swiss structural engineer created innovative and groundbreaking buildings that were to make him one of the most important engineers of his time.

High above the Engadin lakes, snow-shoe hiking is a particularly peaceful way to pass the time. The Lake Trail is for all those who appreciate great views and tranquillity out in nature.

葡萄畑に囲まれたホフと呼ばれる高台に、5世紀に建てられた聖堂を前身として、12〜13世紀に建てられたローマ・カトリックの大聖堂があります。正式名称は「聖母マリア被昇天大聖堂 Kathedrale St. Mariä Himmelfahrt」。正面にある美しい司教の邸宅　Bischöfliche Schlossとともに国の重要文化財になっています。

In the 13th century, the German-speaking Walsers settled the mountainous areas in Davos and Klosters. In the remotest area of the romantic side valley of Sertig, farming settlements still dominate the landscape.

Silvretta Park in Klosters offers children a wonderful playground specially designed to satisfy their every wish.

Every Sunday in February, March and April, the cable cars in the Savognin ski area start running at 6:30 a.m.* This means that you can reach the top of Piz Martegnas just in time for the sunrise. Best of all: you then have the slopes all to yourself for two hours.

中世の街並をそのまま残すグラウビュンデン州の州都クールから、シャンフィック谷の奥にある美しい自然に抱かれた山里アローザまで結ぶ山岳鉄道ルート。わずか26キロメートルの走行距離で約1000メートルの標高差をのぼっていきます。レーティッシュ鉄道を代表する鉄道遺産のひとつ「ラングヴィース橋」もハイライトのひとつです。

Above Fanas in Prättigau, the small aerial cableway opens onto a hiking area above the fog that gets more than its fair share of sunshine, particularly during the winter. Whether you opt to savour a platter of cold cuts on the sun terrace or embark on a winter hike, the little cable car is worth a trip in itself.

The Maloja Pass is a high Swiss Alpine pass that connects Val Bregaglia with Engadin. It lies at the foot of the unique triple watershed of the Piz Lunghin. From here, one drop of rain can flow into the North Sea (Rhine), the Black Sea (Inn) or the Adriatic Sea (Maira). The Maloja Pass is of great importance for traffic and transport. What makes this alpine pass so unusual is that it is very flat on its northern side, but to the south it drops steeply and abruptly into Val Bregaglia.
