The "Mühle" is located in the Kirchhofen district at Giglenstrasse 2 in Sarnen (Obwalden), in the immediate vicinity of the parish church "St. Peter and Paul".

Culinary delights from the kitchens around the Mediterranean and a Mediterranean lifestyle are at the heart of the host philosophy. Wherever possible, fresh products are used in the cooking, which are mainly sourced from local farms.
