公園・庭園 : ベルン

The Minster Terrace with its green spaces and large chestnut trees is perfect for picnics, playing and relaxing. The breathtaking view of the Aare river, the Alps and Bern’s Matte neighbourhood make the old churchyard a popular place to meet and hang out.

In the middle of the city of Bern is the Botanical Garden of the University of Bern. 5500 plant species invite you on a botanical journey around the globe: From the hot tropics, the Central Asian steppes to the spicy-scented Mediterranean region or the shady forests of East Asia to the cool Alpine air.

バラ園はベルンの旧市街を見下ろす高台に位置し、ユネスコ世界遺産の中でも最も美しい景色を眺めることができる。ここから市内観光を始めるのも良いですし、庭園で散歩やピクニックを楽しむのもおすすめです。

ベルンの南郊外にあるエルフェナウは、ロシア大公夫人の私有地に、庭園師J. バウマンの設計により造られた眺めの良い公園です。歴史を感じる邸宅、美しい広場、温室とカフェなどがある公園では、さまざまな文化イベントも開催されています。
