순환 트레일은 하인젠베르크 산사태의 역사를 생생하게 보여준다. 피츠 베베린과 사피엔 계곡의 멋진 전망과 함께 길을 따라 중간중간 쉬어갈 수 있는 쉼터에서는 자연과 인간이 함께 만들어낸 독특한 풍경을 바라볼 수 있다.

발 브레갈리아(Val Bregaglia) 계곡을 관통하는 절경의 고지대 트레일이다. 가볍게 혼재된 숲을 통과하는 옛길을 따라가다가 단단한 화강암 평판 길을 걷다가, 계곡 저편으로 하늘을 향해 찌를 듯 솟아난 웅장한 화강암 절벽 풍경을 감상할 수 있다.

For centuries, the Safien inhabitants crossed the Glaspass with cattle and goods to the marketplace of Thusis. Walser folk settled in Inner and Usser Glas and Tschappina. The abandoned Walser settlement of Masügg, now alp pastureland, at the foot of the Piz Beverin.

Picturesque yet challenging hike from Langwies to Klosters via the Fondei Valley. Good level of fitness and sturdy hiking boots are essential. The reward is unspoiled cultural landscape and lush alp pastureland stretching far and wide.

The God da Tamangur ("the wood at the back") is the highest continuous area of stone pine forest in Europe. It is located at around 2300 m, right at the end of the S-charl valley, south of Scuol.

This trip offers exceptional views of the crevasseriven Morteratsch Glacier and of the ice-capped peaks of the Bernina massif.

The Val Frisal Plateau is one of the most beautiful high valleys of the Alps. A wide view of the valley shows a vast floodplain with branching rivers. The Scatlé ancient spruce forest is another highlight of this hike.

슈바르츠호른(Schwarzhorn)은 해발 3,146 미터에 위치하고 있는데, 플뤼엘라 패스(Flüela Pass)의 남쪽에 있다. 플뤼엘라 계곡(Flüela Valley)과 디슈파 계곡(Dischma Valley) 사이의 균형 잡힌 피라미드 형상은 어두운 각섬암으로 형성되어서 슈바르츠호른, 즉 '검은 뿔'이라고 불린다.

거의 모든 대도시들이 그러한 것처럼, 쿠어(Chur) 역시 이 도시만의 산을 역시나 가지고 있다. 취리히의 언덕 같은 위틀리베르그(Uetliberg)와는 대조적으로, 쿠어의 시민들은 도시 바로 정면에 진정 큰 산인, 칼란다를 갖고 있는 것이다. 라인 계곡 내의 할덴슈타인에서 시작하여 칼란다 산장까지 올라 그리고 쿤켈 패스를 넘어 린겔슈피츠 산장까지 3일 간의 산악 하이킹을 통해 이어진다.

뷘드너 헤어샤프트(Bündner Herrschaft)내의 마이엔펠트(Maienfeld)는 여류 작가 요한나 슈피리가 그녀의 소설 하이디를 쓸 수 있도록 영감을 받은 곳이다. 이 하이킹 트레일은 포도 재배지를 통해 하이디 랜드까지 이어진다.

The San Roc chapel is just as much a part of the former Walser settlement of Flix as sheep's cheese, moorland lakes and species-rich hay meadows. Former manganese mining area at Parsettens. The meringue on Alp d'Err sets you up for the climb to «Laiets» (lakes) at Pass d'Ela.

Davos: once extensive forests, in which 12 Walser farmsteads were built in around 128 in addition to the 2 existing Rhaeto-Romanic farmsteads, today an Alpine town. Picturesque Stafelalp was the retreat of the German painter Ernst Ludwig Kirchner. Along urban roads passing mountains dedicated to skiing to Arosa.

The Walser people carried salt and flour from Juf over the Stallerberg. Rock in plenty at the Flüeseen lakes, majestic the Piz Platta, Alpine the descent into Val Faller. Tga and Alp Flix: former Walser settlements – today oases for flora and fauna in the middle of Parc Ela.

비아스플루가(ViaSpluga)는 문화적으로 유서 깊은 하이킹 트레일로, 슈플륑엔 고개(Splügenpass) 주변 지역의 역사를 엿볼 수 있다. 독일 남부에서 롬바르디아로 곧장 이어지는 루트로, 중세부터 레토 로마, 발레, 롬바르디아 지역 주민의 운명을 연결해 왔다.

Before us lies the romantic Albulatal valley with Filisur. Views down to the Landwasser viaduct, impressive trail through Breitrüfi and Drostobel. Jenisberg, settled by Walser folk, nestles on a terrace. Former ore mine on Silberberg, Walser granaries in Monstein.

라이헤나우(Reichenau)에서 포더라인(Vorderrhein, 라인 고지대)과 힌터라인(Hinterrhein, 라인 저지대)의 합류지점에서, 루트는 포더라인을 따라 야생 그대로의 라인(Rhine) 협곡으로 이어진다. 트린(Trin) 역에서 100 길이의 현수교로 라인강을 건널 수 있다.

캄플뢴히 어린이 트레일을 따라 디지털 가이드와 함께 공원을 지나다 보면 혼자서는 자칫 놓치기 쉬운 것들을 발견할 수 있게 된다.

2시간 30분짜리 순환 하이킹로는 로망슈어로 ‘작은 호수’라는 뜻의 레인(lejins) 여섯 개로 이어지는데, 하이킹을 하며 특별한 알프스 고지대 호수와 호수와 엥가딘 상류지역(Upper Engadin)의 식물군에 감탄하게 된다. 크리스털같이 맑은 산정 호수 여섯 개는 각각 그 이름을 딴 광물과 바위를 품고 있다.

생갈렌(St. Gallen)의 바이스탄넨(Weisstannen)에서 글라루스(Glarus) 칸톤에 있는 엘름(Elm)까지 이어지는 8시간의 하이킹으로, 유네스코 세계 유산과 사르도나 지각표층지역(Tectonic Arena of sardona)의 웅장한 풍경을 선사한다.

At times typically alpine, at times almost Mediterranean: an unexpectedly diverse landscape awaits visitors to the Calanca Valley. While hiking through chestnut forests and hamlets, one can learn about the settlement history of the region, which has managed to preserve its originality.

Walser people settled early in Partnun, below the Schijenflue, as they did in Gafiatal. Today an alp area with typical timber houses in the middle of the Rätikonmassiv - an outdoor eldorado. Schweizertor: Alpine crossing to Brand (A), where the first Walsers settled in the 14th century.

아름다운 하이킹 루트에서 타미나(Tamina) 협곡의 비밀을 탐험해 보자. 돌아오는 길은 아름답게 형성된 다리와 페퍼스 마을(Dorf Pfäfers)을 지나고, 포르타 로마나(Porta Roman)를 거쳐 영감을 얻을 수 있는 바르텐슈타인(Wartenstein) 유적을 거쳐가게 된다.

An impressive route over sunny terraces with colourful dry grassland and superb views of the mountain world. On the way: a typical Engadine village, an old convalescent hotel, hanging bridges and mountain trails, passing lakes, waterfalls and glacier residue.

이 산악 여행은 숨비트그(Sumvitg) 내에서 시작하며 브리겔스(Brigels)의 계곡까지 올라가는 좌측 사면을 따라가게 된다. 수르셀바(Surselva)의 계곡 유역 저 위, 센다 수르실바나(Senda Sursilvana)는 산악 사면을 따라 흐른다. 가는 도중, 여행객들은 가파른 산악 개천을 횡단한 수 포더라인을 향해 따라간다. 이 하이킹 여행은 그라우뷘덴의 그림 같은 마을들을 통해 이어진다.

Round-timber construction in Monstein and on Oberalp. Across the pastureland of the former «Meder» (hay meadows) on Fanezfurgga. The trail leads through the fossil-rich Ducan area, to the waterfall and Sertig village. «Hinter den Eggen» Church dating from 1699.

This easy circular route leads around the superb Davosersee lake, always with wonderful views of the water, the valley and the magnificent Graubunden mountains. A worthwhile visit for every nature lover.

Around 1270, the Walser people migrated from the Valais, Pomatt and Gurin over the glacial landscape of Passo del S. Bernardino to Hinterrhein. The appearance of the village is reminiscent of the times of mule-trains and waggoners.

From lively Davos through the peaceful Dischma and Susauna valleys into theEngadine. Passing many impressions left by past trade-route days, the section leads through almost untouched landscapes over the Scaletta-Pass, the highest point of the ViaValtellina.

This hike offers a wonderful spectacle of nature: light-green lakes set in the heart of a barren mountain landscape. Highly recommended!

운터호수(Untersee)에서 슈타우호수(Stausee)까지 이어지는 길로, 친환경하우스(Naturfreundehaus)를 경유하여 400미터 정도 등반하면 해발 2,000미터에 위치한 메데르겐(Medergen)의 시골풍 오두막집에 다다르게 된다.
