하이킹 in 베른 지역

인터라켄(Interlakne)에서 시작하는 다채로운 트레일로, 아레(Aare) 강과 툰(Thun) 호수를 따라 이어지다가 운터젠(Unterseen) 마을을 통과한다. 물 풍경 외에도 바이쎄나우(Weissenau)에 있는 고대 요새 유적과 자연 보호 구역이 눈길을 사로잡는다.

렌크(Lenk)에서 완만한 들판을 너머 스라소니 영역을 거쳐, 저 멀리 그림같은 풍경이 펼쳐지는 축축한 석회암 침식 지대를 지난다. 트뤼틀리스베르그 고개(Trüttlisberg Pass)를 넘고 다채로운 역사에 빛나는 길다란 투르바흐탈(Turbachtal) 계곡을 지난 뒤, 우아한 리조트 마을, 그슈타트(Gstaad)로 내려가게 된다.

The section leads alongside the River Aare to the Weissenau nature reserve on the Thunersee lake. From Neuhaus it continues through woodland, often with clear views of the lake and the Bernese Alps. The Beatushöhlen (caves), former place of pilgrimage of St. Beatus are particularly impressive.

해발고도 2778m의 호흐튀를리(Hohtürli)를 넘는 제왕의 구간이다. 블뤼엠리스알프휘테(Blüemlisalphütte)와 만년 빙하로 돌아가는 여정은 보상 받기 충분하다. 빙하의 모레인(maraine)과 가파른 절벽을 배경으로 한 짙푸른 외쉬넨제(Oeschinensee) 호수까지 내려가는 여정이 아름답다. 알프스에서 제일 아름다운 산정호수로 꼽히는 호수 중 하나인 외쉬넨제다.

반대편으로 아이거(Eiger), 묀히(Mönch), 융프라우(Jungfrau) 산이 펼쳐지는 트레일은 뮈렌(Mürren)을 통과해 아늑한 로츠톡휘테(Rotstockhütte)를 지나, 기막힌 뷰가 나타나는 제피넨푸어게 고개(Sefinenfurgge Pass)로 올라간다. 트레일은 킨(Kien) 계곡으로 이어진 후, 그리잘프(Griesalp)까지 이어지는 내리막이 시작된다. 모든 재미를 조금씩 체험할 수 있는 구간이다.

솔로투른(Solothurn)과 바젤(Basel) 지역의 유라(Jura) 산맥을 탐험하다 보면 자연의 힘과 아름다움을 느끼게 된다. 이 6일짜리 여정에서 놀라운 풍경에 감탄하고 또 감탄하게 된다.

This circular route around the Schwarzsee lake in Canton Freiburg is located in the midst of wonderfully picturesque scenery. With it's impressive mountain panorama and glistening lake, the region is ideal for extended tours.

The Lake Thun panorama round trail is an exciting and enjoyable, several-day hike through the Bernese Oberland with majestic lake and mountain panoramas, passing historic sites and impressive caves.

트리프트(Trift) 다리는 알프스에서 가장 웅장한 보행자 전용 현수교 중 하나이다. 이 다리는 높이 100미터, 길이 170미터이며 트리프트 빙하 지역 위에 걸쳐 있다. 심지어 케이블 카에 의해 협곡을 통해 다리에 도달하는 것은 흥미진진한 경험이다.

라이헨바흐 폭포(Reichenbach Falls)의 절벽에 이어 트레일은 계곡 바닥을 따라 이어진다. 노스탤직한 로젠라우이 호텔(Rosenlaui Hotel)과 빙하 계곡을 지나고 베터호른(Wetterhorn)의 마법같은 풍경을 보여준다. 그로세 샤이데그(Grosse Scheidegg) 너머 아름다운 습지를 지나 융프라우 지역의 중심에 있는 그린델발트(Grindelwald)로 향하게 된다.

Descent from near-to-nature Gental with its historic hotel down to Haslital. Guttannen with the history-packed «Bären» is not only a former traders’ stage stop but also a key centre for mountain-crystal seekers.

From Brienz you take the postbus up to the terminus on Axalp and the start of the Woodcarving Trail. A fairly easy hike, also suitable for children, with the opportunity to swim and barbecue at Hinterburgseeli (lake).

이 투어가 파노라마 루트라고 이름 붙은 데는 다 그만한 이유가 있다. 전 구간에서 뤼에블리(Rüebli), 굼플루(Gummfluh), 노던 알프스 대산괴(Northern Alps massif) 등 환상적인 그슈타트 알프스 지대의 전망이 펼쳐진다.

그린델발트(Grindelwald)의 분주함에서 벗어나 클라이네 샤이데그(Kleine Scheidegg) 산 고개로 향하게 된다. 트레일은 완만한 언덕과 목초지를 따라 뱀처럼 구불구불 이어지는데, 저 멀리 톱니바퀴 열차 소리가 간간히 들려온다. 인상적인 산악 파노라마와 아이거(Eiger) 북벽이 손에 만져질 듯 가까운 거리에 있다. 마지막으로 햇살 가득한 파노라마 트레일은 벵엔(Wengen)을 지나 라우터브룬넨(Lauterbrunnen) 계곡을 향해 내려간다.

랙크피니언 철도를 이용하면 알프스의 정원이라 불리는 쉬니게 플라테(Schynige Platte) 지역을 편안하고 낭만적으로 돌아볼 수 있다. 혹은 파울호른(Faulhorn)까지 광대한 풍경에 감탄하며 산등성이를 걷는 산악 하이킹을 하는 것도 좋다. 투바(Tuba) 산까지 간 후 오베르버그호른(Oberberghorn)의 능선을 가로지르는 하이킹 루트는 필요에 따라 단축하는 것이 가능하다.

Ridge walk on the west flank of the Pfyffer. Breathtaking views from the Wachthubel of Schrattenflue and Hohgant, foothill bastions of the Alps. Black buffalos are seen on the decent - the reason Schangnau is famous for its mozzarella.

The Gantrisch Panoraweg Path offers a scenic pre-Alps hike with many spectacular viewpoints. The tour takes place on a well structured and signposted hiking path – and is a tour suitable for undertaking in stages.

빙하가 깊게 파고 지나간 자국, 야생적인 브레카슐룬트의 풍광은 매혹적이면서도 신비롭다. 난이도가 비교적 낮은 원형 산책로는 슈바르츠제가 내려다보이는 리기잘프에서 시작하여 인상적인 절벽 밑으로 이어진다. 계곡으로 돌아오는 길에는 알파인 레스토랑이 있다.

베른-루체른 경계를 따라 에멘탈과 엔틀레부흐, 브리엔처 로트호른을 거쳐 브루닉패스까지 6단계로 이어지는 장거리 하이킹. 이동 중 접경 지역의 역사, 문화, 풍경에 대한 다양한 활동과 정보를 얻을 수 있다.

An absolute classic! This very varied tour from Gstaad to Lauenen is perfect for families. An enjoyable hike indeed, it also affords picturesque views from the Höhi Wispile. The highlight is the legendary Lake Lauenen.

Delightful hike along the River Aare, first through urban areas, then through one of Switzerland’s loveliest river landscapes. The renaturation of the river banks has brought great benefit. Worb Castle is seen from afar but is not open to the public.

로맨틱한 전통 목조 샬레가 그림같은 칸더슈테크(Kandersteg)에서 트레일을 따라 가파른 바위 절벽이 있는 로흐너(Lohner)까지 이어진다. 독특한 암석 형상이 인상적인 분더흐린데 고개(Bunderchrinde Pass)이 진짜 모험을 위한 등반 코스를 품고 기다리고 있다.

From the Bernese Oberland into the Valais and on to Vaud. The Sanetsch-Muveran-Weg has stunning panoramic views and landscape elements in store: Les Diablerets, the Tsanfleuron karst field and the Derborence landslide area.
