하이킹 in 루체른 - 루체른 호수 지역

두 개의 미텐(Mythen) 봉우리가 오른쪽으로 솟아 있고, 왼쪽으로는 리멘슈탈덴(Riemenstalden) 계곡이 먼저 등장하고, 우리(Uri) 호수가 그 뒤를 장식하며 대단한 풍경을 만들어 낸다. 클링엔슈톡(Klingenstock)까지 체어리프트를 타고 올라가서 프론알프슈톡(Fronalpstock)까지 이 풍경과 동행하며 능선 하이킹을 즐길 수 있다. 체어리프트를 타고 슈토스까지 다시 내려갈 수 있다.

바람이 잘 통하는 전나무 숲속을 거닐고, 마법 같은 들꽃 카펫 위를 산책하고, 전통 건초 만들기를 체험하고, 알프스 전통까지 배워본다면? 플뤼에렌(Flüelen) 근교의 로파이엔(Rophaien)에 있는 이 전통 건초 만들기 트레일은 에메랄드빛의 우리(Uri) 호수를 내려다보고 있어, 이상적인 하이킹 목적지가 되어준다.

요흐파스(Jochpass) 지역 내의 “4개-호수-하이킹”은 중부 스위스에서 가장 아름다운 하이킹 중 하나임이 확실하다. 거대한 티틀리스(Titlis) 산 주변의 뛰어난 산악 세계는 단연코 아름다운 꽃과 거울 같이 맑은 트륍 호수(Trübsee), 파란 사파이어 빛깔의 엥스틀렌(Engstlen) 호수, 터키석 색깔을 띤 타넨(Tannen) 호수, 그림 같이 완벽한 멜히(Melch) 호수와 저 멀리서 보이는 숨 막힐 듯 아름다운 베르네제 알프스로 이 하이킹에서 즐길 수 있는 하이라이트의 극히 일부이다.

스위스 길(Swiss Path)은 스위스 연방과 관련된 역사적인 장소로 이어진다. 이 길은 부분적으로 휠체어로 접근 가능한 몇몇 단계로 나뉘어져 있으며, 배와 열차로도 이동할 수도 있다. 숙박 역시 트레일이 끝나는 지점에서 가능하다.

Many paths lead to the Napf - but no roads! One of the most beautiful approaches to the summit is the scenic range of hills via Menzberg. The panorama of the Alpine chain, Mittelland and Jura from the Napf is one of the most magnificent in Switzerland.

엔틀레부흐(Entlebuch)는 스위스 최초이자 유일한 생물권 보전지역이다. 황무지 패스는 핀스터발트(Finsterwald)의 동쪽 메테를리무스(Mettelimoos)로 이어진다. 하이커들은 고지대 황야를 가로질러 이탄토를 지나 소택지를 향해 걷는다. 많은 양의 토탄이 채취되던 이곳은 오늘날 엔틀레부흐(Entlebuch)의 풍경이 보이는 아름다운 보존지역이 되었다.

At the Urnersee lake, Suvorov was unable to proceed any further as the French had seized all boats. So the ViaSuworow follows the route of the Russians from Altdorf into the Schächental valley, where cobbled cattle tracks bordered by drystone walling lead to Biel-Chinzig.

다양한 루트가 여행자를 기다리고 있다! 유람선을 타고 벡기스(Weggis)까지 간 뒤, 공중 케이블카를 타고 리기 칼트바트(Rigi-Kaltbad)의 마을 광장, 도르프플라츠(Dorfplatz)에 오를 수 있다. 마을 그 자체가 대단한 체험이 되어주는 곳이다. 하지만 진정한 하이라이트는 섄첼리(Chänzeli)까지 이어지는 구간이다.

This easy hike takes you from Klewenalp to the pilgrim village of Niederrickenbach. Recharge your batteries in Maria Rickenbach, a natural high-energy zone. The hike offers wonderful panoramic views of the mountains and of Lake Lucerne.

트레일은 티틀리스(Titlis) 산 발치 아래 자리한 아름다운 트륍제(Trübsee)와 요흐 고개(Joch Pass)를 너머 베르네제 오버란트(Bernese Oberland)로 향하는 두 개의 오르막으로 이어진다. 엥슈틀렌알프(Engstlenalp)가 이 구간의 목적지인데, 호수와 노스탤직한 호텔, 수 천 송이의 알펜로즈가 피어 있는 절경의 풍경이 나타난다.

The Chinzigpass awaits with bizarre rock formations and views of the Alps in the Chinzer and Hürital valleys. Unfortunately, Suvorov's troops saw little of these as they had to scale the pass with their heavy field guns on a dull, rainy day.

The varied pre-Alpine tour leads from the famous monastery town of Einsiedeln along an old pilgrims’ path over the Chatzenstrick to the almost as famous upland moors of Rothenthurm, then on over the Raten (views!) to the tranquil Aegerisee lake in the Zug region.

A challenging mountain stage over the 2207-metre-high Jochpass, the boundary between Inner Switzerland and the Bernese Oberland. The hike is enhanced by magnificent landscapes with mountain meadows, lakes and impressive peaks, above all the snow-capped Titlis.

A lakeside promenade along the Vierwaldstättersee from Beckenried into the impressive Risleten Gorge, with its ancient dinosaur traces. After a steep climb, the romantic high-level trail towards Seelisberg. Far below, the shimmering turquoise lake.

Worthwhile tour over the head of the Glaubenbielen Pass with superb views of the Sarnersee lake and Titlis summit. From time to time you meet the pass road but also repeatedly find quiet sections at Alpoglen or Pörterwald.

A tough climb to Stöcklichrüz and a superb high-level hike around the northern end of Sihlsee lake to Einsiedeln. The St. Meinrads Chapel on Etzelpass and the house where Paracelsus was born are popular resting places, not just for pilgrims.

Hike from the delightful shores of the Vierwaldstättersee up to the mountain valley of Engelberg. On the way, several cultural historic sites, such as the centre of Stans, the monastery retreat of Grafenort and Engelberg monastery.

The route from Luzern railway station to the Hotel Seeburg leads along the promenade beside the beautiful Vierwaldstättersee (Lake Lucerne). The impressive architecture, lively activity on the stylish quay and captivating views guarantee an enjoyable outing.

알프스 식물을 따라 치즈 공방, 게스트하우스, 호수가 있는 탄알프(Tannalp)에 도착하게 된다. 아이거(Eiger), 묀히(Mönch), 융프라우(Jungfrau)의 절경이 한 눈에 들어오는 발메레그호른(Balmeregghorn)을 너머 이어지는 능선 코스는 진정 인상적이다. 무겐슈투츠(Muggenstutz) 난쟁이들과 조각 정원이 마이링엔까지 향하는 길을 다채롭게 만들어 준다. 미식가라면 특히 이 구간을 좋아할텐데, 신선한 치즈와 정교한 디저트가 미식 코스를 만들어 준다.

일곱 번째 구간에는 알트도르프(Altdorf)에서 중부 스위스로 이어지는 작은 케이블카와 돌계단이 있고, 초록이 무성하고, 눈도 조금 있고, 트레일 중간에 수레넨 고개(Surenen Pass)도 기다리고 있고, 마침내 엥겔베르크(Engelberg)에 도착하기 전 염소와 소 및 말도 볼 수 있다.

The Benedictine way leads from the cloister in Engelberg to the one at Maria-Rickenbach. The route is quite varied and offers beautiful panoramic views of the valley and mountains.

로텐투름(Rothenthurm)과 비버브룩(Biberbrugg) 사이의 평야인 비버(Biber) 고지대 계곡은 각별히 아름다운 황야 지역으로, 국가 중요 보존지역에 등록되어 있다. 표지 시설이 잘 갖추어진 황무지 패스는 독특한 풍경의 보존지역을 지난다(스위스는 이곳을 황무지 보존의 본보기로 삼고 있다).

This route is very popular with hikers of all ages. From the Rigi Kulm upper station, the gentle descent to Rigi Kaltbad takes just over an hour. This high-altitude hike offers magnificent views over the Swiss Plateau, reaching as far as the Black Forest and the Vosges mountains.

From the Sarnersee lakeside path steeply up to the Flüeli-Ranft pilgrimage site, where eremite Niklaus von Flüe retreated into a gorge, to live as a cleric, visionary, warning voice and counsellor. His birthplace is one of Switzerland’s oldest wooden dwellings.

The Pragelpass lives from its eventful history, but also from its beauty between the two different worlds of the cantons Schwyz and Glarus. A tranquil hike with the Schwammhöchi as an atmospheric finale.

Discover the courtship rituals of black cocks, and with some luck and a sharp eye, observe mountain wildlife on the steep slopes. Equipped with binoculars and a backpack, you'll follow a ranger who knows exactly where the wild things are in the Niederbauen region.

Mule track, main road, Gotthard Railway, motorway, NEAT building site... by the latest in Erstfelden, the Urnertal seems like a transit corridor. Silenen, Amsteg: of symbolic note on the old mule track. Good views of Wassen’s hilltop church and the helical tunnel.

트레일은 그림같은 우어너보덴(Urnerboden)에서 클래식 카 레이스로 유명한 클라우젠 고개(Klausen Pass)까지 이어진다. 다채로운 작은 목초지와 마을을 지나 트레일은 섀헨탈(Schächental) 계곡을 지난 뒤, 알트도르프(Altdorf)로 향하게 된다.

This route will take you from Wolfenschiessen around and on top of the mount Wellenberg. The main characetistics of this trail is to see eight wonderful chapels and to be rewarded by the wonderful view of the Engelberg Valley.

그로스 미텐(Gross Mythen)은 슈비츠(Schwyz) 칸톤에서 가장 웅장한 산으로, 슈비츠 마을 위로 우뚝 솟아나 있다.

뷔르겐슈톡은 단순한 산이 아니라 전설이다. 1900 년에서 1905 년 사이에 만들어진 절벽 길로 매우 유명하다. 이 길과 장엄한 함메취반트(Hammetschwand) 엘리베이터는 루체른 도시에서 가장 높은 지점인 함메취반트로 연결된다.
